Hanna Zetterberg did not play in any movies after "Ronja Rövardotter",
but continued her education. At age 21, she was elected into the
Swedish Parliament with the largest vote count of all candidates. In an
interview, she stated that she had no plans on becoming a "professional
politician", since there were other things she would like to do with
her life. She remained in the parliament, working for Vänsterpartiet
("Left") until the fall of 2000, when she resigned to return to
university.
