Sukhesh Arora trained in theater, first in Delhi and then at Royal Holloway College, London. He has worked on stage and in film across a wide spectrum of genres. His first inde feature was Nishit Saran's critically acclaimed "Perfect Day" after which came "The Game" based on Milan Kundera's short story The Hitchhiking Game directed by Sidharth Anand Kumar. His first "Bollywood" role was in Imtiaz Ali's "Tamasha" as the harried socialite forced to face the full force of the angst of Ranbir Kapoor's Ved. This led to other roles including that of Professor Siras' colleague in Hansal Mehta's "Aligarh" and the gay partner of Kareena Kapoor's uncle, Cookie, in Shashank Ghosh's "Veere di Wedding."
His most recent roles include Senthil, the hard-outside, soft-inside boss in Vivek Soni's "Meenakshi Sundareshwar", and Subhash, friend and foil to Arjun Rampal's Aftab Malik in Aparna Sen's latest award winning social drama "The Rapist".
