Todd Whalen was born in Vancouver, British Columbia to mother Valerie
and father Darrell. He is the youngest of two, his older sister is
Lauren. When he was 4 years old he moved to Victoria, British Columbia.
After a very brief military experience Todd opted to explore his
creativity. He soon met Raymond Law, who he
respects greatly as both an actor and a friend.
